Before launching The New Marketer, I spent over a decade working with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and FMCG brands. I know how the biggest brands in the world work, and I translate this into actionable strategy for start-ups and scale-ups.
But when I built my own ecommerce brand, I realised how many brilliant founders needed the knowledge I took for granted.
That’s why I now help founders simplify, structure, and sharpen their marketing. Whether it’s brand positioning, content strategy, or CRM – I build marketing foundations that match your business reality regardless of what stage you’re at.

Grace Bailey-Hinks
Finance Strategist
Making sense of the numbers to support growth and profitability.
With 11 years in finance, I started in private equity before moving into industrial finance – managing everything from day-to-day accounting to full financial planning and analysis.
My last in-house role was leading the finance team for a US-listed business with £55m turnover.
Now, I use that experience to help small businesses become smart with their money. Whether that’s pricing and margins, VAT and tax, or building forecasts that actually help you make decisions — I’ll help you make the numbers work for you, not against you.
